Hi honey,

I’m really glad you’re here.

This is a shame-free, blame-free, judgment-free zone, and I want you to feel seen and heard. Because you are.

Listen, i know adulting is hard and confusing, and sometimes, really lonely.

There’s no manual for it.  You certainly didn’t learn enough about it in school.

But, you’re doing a fantastic job.  And I’m really proud of you!

Sometimes life just… piles up.

But, no matter what, you keep getting up, working hard, trying to figure it all out.

And that makes you awesome!

But, you don’t have to do it alone.

Adulting Is Weird

It's hard enough to take on so many responsibilities in a world that doesn't cut you any slack for being new at it.

This is why, HERE, we’re going to talk about:

relationships that feel confusing or heavy

money stuff that makes no sense or gets awkward fast

everyday life skills that make things a little easier

Simple, honest, and actually helpful.

For starters, here are some common adulting speed traps and how to deal with them:

Relationships Are Weird

Romantic or platonic, if something in your relationship has been weighing on you…

If you’ve been:

second-guessing yourself

feeling confused after conversations

wondering why something doesn’t feel right anymore

even changing yourself to fit the relationship...

It's worth understanding.

And, if you want a little clarity, you can start here:

It’ll help you sort through what you’re experiencing and see things a little more clearly, without overthinking it.

Roommate Life Is Weird

If your living situation has been stressing you out…

Living with other people can get complicated fast.

What starts out fine can slowly turn into:

tension you can’t quite explain

boundaries getting crossed

things feeling unfair or uncomfortable

And suddenly… your home doesn’t feel like a place you can fully relax.

If that’s been happening, you’re not imagining it.

There’s usually a reason things feel off, and it’s okay to look at that honestly.

This will help you make sense of what’s going on and what your next step might be.

Hey, I know life can get confusing sometimes.

Especially when:

you're new at the big stuff

you feel like you're trying to do it alone

you think everyone else has it all figured out (they DON'T)

some things don’t feel right, but you can't explain it

or you keep going back and forth about something in your head

You’re not the only one who feels that way.

And you don’t have to figure everything out today. Or alone.

I’m proud of you.

For trying.
For paying attention to your life.
For not ignoring that little voice inside you.

Give yourself a break. You’re doing better than you think.

♡, Rebecca
