Hi, honey. Let’s make sure you know exactly what to expect when you order from me - no surprises, no confusion, and no chasing down your package.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive a notification when your order has shipped.
If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, I’ll let you know as soon as possible.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for physical products are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

United States: 3–7 business days

International (including UK & EU): 7–21 business days (may vary by destination)
Please note: delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
3. International Shipping (UK, EU, and Beyond)
I happily ship internationally.
However:

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or taxes imposed by their country.

These fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (when available).
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, I am not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages

Delivery delays caused by the carrier

Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please:

Check with neighbors or household members

Contact the shipping carrier directly

6. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

7. Digital Products (Instant Delivery)
For digital downloads:

Access is typically provided immediately after purchase via download link or email
