Hi, honey. Let’s make sure you know exactly what to expect when you order from me - no surprises, no confusion, and no chasing down your package.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You’ll receive a notification when your order has shipped.

If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, I’ll let you know as soon as possible.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for physical products are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International (including UK & EU): 7–21 business days (may vary by destination)

Please note: delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

3. International Shipping (UK, EU, and Beyond)

I happily ship internationally.

However:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or taxes imposed by their country.

  • These fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (when available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, I am not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly

  3. Reach out to me. I'll do my best to help, but I can’t guarantee replacements

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item

7. Digital Products (Instant Delivery)

For digital downloads:

  • Access is typically provided immediately after purchase via download link or email

  • If you don’t receive your file within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder

  • Still nothing? Contact us at hi@honeyitsmom.com and I’ll take care of you

8. Returns & Refunds (Shipping-Related)

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by law.

9. Shipping Restrictions

I reserve the right to:

  • Limit or refuse shipping to certain regions

  • Cancel orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
